Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and knowledgeable Commission-Only Sales Representatives to generate leads and introduce potential clients to our services. You will play a key role in connecting businesses with our solutions while earning substantial commission payouts for every successful referral.What You'll Do:
- Generate leads using your personalized landing page and lead form.
- Promote Astro Web Pros' services through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking.
- Answer general questions about our services and convey the benefits of our offerings.
- Follow up with leads and track progress using the provided CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and lead management.
- Submit leads directly to our system for review and follow-up.
You Will NOT Have To:
- Close deals or handle contracts. Our team takes care of client onboarding and agreement finalization.
Compensation:
- Website Referral: $300 for each lead that commits to a new website build.
- Add-On Services: Earn the first month's service fee for any add-on or standalone services sold (e.g., $69 for blog writing, $99 for reputation management, etc.).

- A custom set of business cards with your name, contact info, and QR code linking to your landing page.

Requirements:

- Basic familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
