Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your service at any time; however, a 30-day cancellation notice is required before your next payment due date. If you cancel within this 30-day period, your payment will be processed one last time. This policy ensures that we can properly manage our resources and commitments to all clients.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Please note that all setup, design, and launch fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the initial work required to get your website or service up and running, and once these processes begin, the fees cannot be returned.

Monthly Pricing and Adjustments:

Our monthly prices are subject to change due to rising business costs and demand. If a price increase is necessary, we will provide a minimum of 60 days' notice before any adjustments take effect. This notice period allows you to review the changes and make any necessary decisions regarding your services.

Payment Terms:

Billing Cycle: Payments are due on a monthly basis, with the billing cycle starting on the date of your initial payment.Late Payments: If a payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your service until the outstanding balance is paid.

Service Delivery and Timeline:

Service Timeline: We will begin work within one business day after receiving your order and payment of the setup, design, and launch fee in full. The expected completion time for standard projects is 14 days from this payment date.Revisions and Changes:

Revision Policy:

You have access to unlimited revisions at no extra charge. We will address revision requests as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction. Revisions include new pages up to a total of 15 pages total for your site. Any additional pages beyond this will incur a fee of $100 per page.

Termination of Services:

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if there is a violation of our terms, such as non-payment or inappropriate use of services.

Termination by Client:

You may cancel your services at any time, for any reason. We do not require contracts, so you have full flexibility to manage your services as needed.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Ownership: We retain ownership of the website itself, including its design and structure. However, you maintain ownership of your domains, logos, photos, and any other company-related assets. This ensures that while we manage the site, your brand and associated assets remain fully under your control.

Confidentiality:

We agree to keep all sensitive client information confidential and will not share it with third parties without your explicit consent.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in the courts of Texas.

Amendments to Terms:

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email or through our website at least 30 days before any changes take effect.
